The Sailing Academy offers exciting week long cruising camps for teens.

Join us this summer on the Chesapeake Bay!

The Chesapeake Bay is a perfect place to cruise on a yacht. Protected from ocean swells, great summer winds, waterfront towns to visit, protected anchorages and sandy beaches!

Cruising camps enable young people to have a unique adventure not found at a fixed location camp. Students have opportunities to:
Chart courses each day
Learn leadership skills
Practice teamwork
Handle the rigging on a yacht
Take the helm and navigate the Bay
Sleep aboard the yacht
Beach bonfires
Swimming
Help prepare meals in the galley
Catch blue crabs!
